OKALANI MARLOTH On the corner of Seekoei and Swartwitpens Bunch of ****mers!! After arriving, they demanded we pay more, and if we refused, they threatened to call security to remove us. We even ended up paying TWICE for the children! When adding your children to the forms, they don’t ask for their ages. Instead, they watch you on the cameras at the house, then call to say that kids 6 and above are considered adults. So why not ask the kids’ ages BEFORE? And why are you watching us on cameras??? Worst experience ever!! And VERY RUDE!!! KEEP AWAY!!

Terrible experience marloth park, 3332 seekoei road
We stayed In 3332 Seekoei road, marloth park this weekend and what a terrible experience. Paid far to much for a horrible place. First we were promised a river view and in the meantime we were so far away from the river. The photos which was send to us was completely not the same place. The kitchen was so out dated. The pots and pans were so dirty and some broken and missing. In the one bathroom which they were renovating the was no mirror and the towel railing and toilet roll holder.were laying around in the bathroom. The owner Rita is blaming the rental company and Marius from which we rented is blaming the owner. We paid R5550'-00 (R5000-00 for accommodation and R550-00l for cleaning) for 2 nights but stayed in a dump. There is no shade on the porcg only 1 ambrella for the table.

Don't pay the key deposit you won't get it back!!
Waiting over 3 months now for key deposit to be paid and all I have recieved is empty promises. Couldn't use aircons in any of the rooms as it sounds like a helicopter landing in your room. The remote only allows on and off with no temp setting. False advertising and terrible customer service....

Royale Marlothi Safari Lodge
Visited Royale Marlothi lodge (060 482 4104) in Marloth Park on 17/18/19 April 2021. Bought a voucher (FD 744CEE) via Daddys deals valued at R1499 - LUXURY FAMILY CHALET for Two adults and two kids. On check in (4669/NB 65603042) my accomodation was down graded to a smaller unit which could only accomodate two adults (This deal was advertised at R1199). So in a nutshell paid R1499 for larger accomodation and was downgraded to smaller accomadation valued at R1199. When checking in I queried the downgrade but the staff on hand could not help to resolve this issue. To date i have sent three mail requesting Royale Marlothi Lodge to remedy this issue and have been ignored

Refundable key/breakage deposit
We are still waiting for our refundable key/breakage deposit to be paid back since December 2018. We stayed in a house called Emmanuel. No response from them after several emails and phone calls to a person going by the name of Blom.

We are still waiting for our refundable key/breakage deposit to be paid back since December 2018. We stayed in a house called Emmanuel. No response from them after several emails and phone calls to a person going by the name of Blom.

Bushveld Paradise on Our Doorstep - Marloth Park
We are so Blessed to have the Sun, The Game Parks and Wildlife in our Beautiful Country. But there are some that are worth Praising and Being so thankful that we have them. Marloth Park, Is truly a Little Piece of Paradise where you have the Pleasure to interact, see, feel and even touch Wildlife who walk amongst the Houses and Various Accommodation. You are right on the Crocodile River, so an Absolutely amazing place to sit and watch Wildlife around you all the time. A Birders Paradise and a place to put your feet up, relax with a drink of your choice and watch the World around you in awe of the beauty. I felt like I was the only person in the World, with Wildlife there for my exclusive Pleasure. I would recommend this piece of Heaven to anyone wanting a Break.

Fraudulent Scammers running Marloth.com " Marloth Wildlife Club" !BEWARE
As the same as ALL these MANY MANY posts on here, you can not get a hold of the anybody from the establishment, MARK the owner evetually sent me a whatsapp message saying that they cant refund my key deposit due to the lockdown. which was a huge lie as I see everyone cant seem to get there deposists back for ages. also we stayed there in February more than a month before lock-down was in place. to date I keep on sending them emails, sms's, whatsapp messages, but they are now just ignoring all of them. the unit also was disgusting, it was dirty everywear, the linen was stained and all three of the aircons did not work, but even so if you put it on the cleaner told us that he controls them and just switches them off, through some spy things installed in all the rooms. The Pool was not usable either. If anybody has any suggestions on how to handle these sharks please let me know. I can not stand dishonest people stealing peoples hard earned money as this is what they seem to be doing. maybe we should all go an open up a case against him for theft.

Marloth park.com not responding to emails our returning key deposit or refunding money for guided sunrise walk that never happened.
Booked a stay with them for December 2019, still waiting to get key deposit back, not get getting any response to emails or WhatsApp sent to them. Also booked a morning guided walk through them, on the morning of the walk it was raining and the ranger said it was not safe to do the walk and to contact the group we booked through to be refunded our money, sent email and WhatsApp messages not getting any reply from, when making a booking they are very quick to respond with a quote and accept money. I have also tried to stop my debit order for the club but cont do it on their site, had to contact my bank to cancel the monthly debit for the club, reason for stopping the debit order is money is being taken from my bank account but not updating on the marloth.com statement.
