Booked a stay with them for December 2019, still waiting to get key deposit back, not get getting any response to emails or WhatsApp sent to them. Also booked a morning guided walk through them, on the morning of the walk it was raining and the ranger said it was not safe to do the walk and to contact the group we booked through to be refunded our money, sent email and WhatsApp messages not getting any reply from, when making a booking they are very quick to respond with a quote and accept money. I have also tried to stop my debit order for the club but cont do it on their site, had to contact my bank to cancel the monthly debit for the club, reason for stopping the debit order is money is being taken from my bank account but not updating on the marloth.com statement.
