Disgusted at the service

Honestly I am extremely disappointed I have tried to correspond via email about a complaint with plastic found in my rabbit's pellets so hard that it cut my finger open trying to pry it out figuring it out what it was I cannot imagine what it would have done to my rabbit's mouth if I had not found it first.

I was told kindly that I will receive a response within 72 hours that was almost a week ago I find this absolutely disgusting as I'm paying just under 80 rand for a bag of pellets and how to throw the entire bag away not everybody can afford the best for their animals and this is now surely not the best especially because it has maize and rice in which rabbit cannot digest but if there is nothing else it has to do now we find a plastic in it as well what next I would love a response and an explanation as to why my rabbit gut health changes while eating these pellets as compared to other healthier pellets without maize or rice
