Honestly I am extremely disappointed I have tried to correspond via email about a complaint with plastic found in my rabbit's pellets so hard that it cut my finger open trying to pry it out figuring it out what it was I cannot imagine what it would have done to my rabbit's mouth if I had not found it first. I was told kindly that I will receive a response within 72 hours that was almost a week ago I find this absolutely disgusting as I'm paying just under 80 rand for a bag of pellets and how to throw the entire bag away not everybody can afford the best for their animals and this is now surely not the best especially because it has maize and rice in which rabbit cannot digest but if there is nothing else it has to do now we find a plastic in it as well what next I would love a response and an explanation as to why my rabbit gut health changes while eating these pellets as compared to other healthier pellets without maize or rice
Im trying to contact here in hopes someone can contact me back form courier company?! Have exhausted our airtime trying to phone and find out. My parcel says it arrived in George lastnight already. And out for delivery today but through which courier company I don't even know. I've tried calling companies that work thru buffalo logistics but for some reason they cannot even find my tracking number. I'm getting really worried as it said it should be here today already but now we can't even contact anyone for further details.... Like how do we go forth?? This is my first time ordering from shein, and if I'd know it was such a Hassle from the start I would have reconsidered 😥😥 especially not even being told about customs fee until after I've placed order.... 🙈 I just need my package because the rest of the week I am working and won't be able to recieve it, so as I'm trying to collect myself at hub then... If I could give no star I would!!!! Seriously what terrible service. My mother has been with mtn for almost 5 years now, we decided last year to get a double phone contract and my sister was on her last year of a 2 year contract, so we have 3 phones we are paying, for some reason her phone price stays constant. Thank God. But EVERY SINGLE MONTH since we got our phones in July last year we have been charged a different amount than what it states CLEARLY in our contract. We have been to the shop 4 times already to sort this out. I have phoned, my mother has phoned. They keep saying they will contact us, and that they can see we are being billed inconsistently and said that would be put over into credit, yet a 11 months later we are no closer to sorting this issue out. My mother just left the mtn store an hour ago with same story, AGAIN. I have had it up to here now. My sister is due for an upgrade this week and is considering moving to a different provider due to this on going problem we cannot afford to NOT KNOW how much we need to budget for a month. Seriously inconsistent and inconvenient! If this issue is not rectified by tomorrow we are changing service Providers for my sister! There is no other explanation to this situation other than you are robbing us, clearly it is okay to ***** money that does not belong to you and cannot even give an explanation as to where it is going and for what. Honestly the worst service I've EVER recieved! I would appreciate this to be sorted out ASAP. Obviously the contract is not on my name, I share it with my mother. I expect a call regarding this situation TODAY! I wonder if I can go to the police station and report that you're constantly taking odd amounts of money from us without explanation, what then? Seriously makes me sick thag we have to keep running after you but you want our money and then take more than what is owed! Without an explanation. No No No
Honestly if I could give less than one star I would. We moved into a flat that came with wifi, paid with our rent and since April 1st had maybe 3 days of wifi!! First it started showing ! Marks next to the wifi and then it just went off.. 2 weeks of saying it will be fixed, you will come out, this and that. And nothing. I've lost almost 3 weeks of business! Cannot afford data anymore, now main house wifi is on but ours still not. Have to go stand outside in the driveway to get wifi. Even though we purchased a router. Honestly should have just stayed with my own wifi provider if I knew this is how frogfoot is. Sickening actually that you can offer a month free internet to resolve this problem, but what if the money lost? Work lost? Rent lost??? Seriously.. Interviews missed due to no internet for emails etc.. No cool. 🙈 Seriously if it's not sorted by today things will be taken to a higher level. Disgusting that you can stand and advertise you're company less than a km away but yet here we are sitting with no wifi and not out fualt. All the fualt is on you're part. FIX IT. TODAY.
Every time I try submit a ticket for months already it says I have already logged a ticket today. Which I haven't! Then I want to find out why I'm being billed R950 something?? When my bill is R480?? And why I can't change my payment date without you telling me I have to pay double within 5 days of each other? I can't help I started new work and have to change my date! Only reason my card bounced is because I can't change my date! What the hell RAIN? I wish to be contacted back and speak to a human! +27719112402 call me or I take this further..
Still so disappointed in this service I am receiving! Yes someone does contact me back and yes they told me what to do, as mistake was on their side! And here I am still 10th of August, no wifi, paid my R479 and getting more upset by the minute. Public holiday is over now, now nobody contacts me back no matter how many emails I send... Pathetic man.. Adding more stress and financial problems to my life and its all rains fualt! Come on man.... I would love to write a great review written it's sorted but chances are getting slimmer
I am EXTREMELY disappointed and disgusted at the service I am being given! I have sent a ticket to be called back over 10 times now. Wrong debut orders! MORE THAN ONE A MONTH!? and for the first month I had the R250 plan with a SET LIMIT ON R0 when it capped time! And still charged for that, then upgraded to the R480 plan. R288 was deducted and then another R45 all in one month??? Then gets cut off and says a payment of R89 must be made to have my internet put back on, meanwhile decusted R480 (30th July!) And now the 2nd of August it asked for ANOTHER payment of R480?? 3 days later???? this will be my third month and now I am asked for a 5th payment??? I want my money back or my wifi out on back on! Now I have saved enough money for just my wifi being jobless and trying to start an online business and without wifi what must I do?? Because now I have to beg and borrow more money when I ACTUALLY HAD ENOUGH TO PAY! Sort this out immediately or I will take this further.
