Poor service.

I have been trying to change my medical aid plan since April and from being bounced off from one person to another, there hasn't been no help. I escalated the issue to the Manager she tried to assist but there has been no further follow up from her.

I currently can't use my medical aid because of this companies' incompetency! Incl. Their unprofessional staff.
