Poor service below the belt

Hi was at your branch in Athlone today to check my Powerball results, the agent was having her breakfast while I was standing at the window waiting for her to acknowledge me. She eventually did after 10 minutes and I asked could she please check my tickets she said I must go downstairs and ask the security because she could not access the results on her PC

I really don't appreciate this kind of service please get rid of the rotten apples at Athlone branch they don't need a job their are people crying for work their are 2 rotten apples.
