I'd like to apologise for a review I made with regards to the service I received. I misunderstood the steps or process. I carefully read all documents sent. Now I understand, for that I appreciate your assistance. Thank you

I'm so disappointed by the lack of service I or we received from these attorneys. We have no money to go back and forth. Money to go to wherever we are told told to to. We have to call them and then it is when we get information upon that call. Lack of communication from them, shame. I don't know why my father had to entrusted his Will on ABSA bank ... Thank you for service rendered. We are stuck now with nothing but more debt and more problems. As we were hoping by now that things could've been sorted. We have African rituals needed to be performed, yet you send us from here to there. Where to we get this money from?????? Last week alone we spend R1800 just to be sent back and forth from these courts. Please 😭😭 help

On October 2020 I bought property which was advertised via Property 24. I paid the lawyer fees and a deposit of R70 000. There was no communication from the lawyers and the agent till February when I decided to go find out what was the delay. I was then informed that because it's a deceased estate the transaction might take up to a year. On the 20August the house was then registered into my name. After 2 years of waiting in which there was no communication. On the day of registration I found out that the seller is now deceased and the remaining family members refuses to let go of the house. I've been to the above mentioned lawyer a many times to resolve this issue but he does not take any action. Tge bank has been deducting Bond since 1st of October together with municipality account which I am paying even though I am not allowed to have access to the property. The lawyer is still keeping the property money which was supposed to be paid out to the now deceased seller and he has not made any efforts to contact the family and pay out their money to them. The property is now being rented out to the tenants by the family which I am paying for. Also I've been receiving threats from the family should I force my way into this property. I am no longer interested in this property and I would like you to please put pressure to this lawyer to pay back the money to the bank so my name can be cleared. I am now so broke that I cannot even afford to buy myself food to eat at the end of the month. I've been praying and fasting for too long. Plscan somebody out there help me.

I paid this firm an amount of R7000 to transfer property that I was in the process of buying. That was in 2015,till now I have not received the transfer and am not receiving any feedback from them since 2018. My attempts at getting help from the Law Society have not been fruitful as well. The lawyer also instructed me then to deposit an amount of R34 000 into their bank account...that was the balance on the sale price of the property. Pls help me to get the transfer and/ or recover my money back.
