Good day. I would like to voice my disappointment with the manner in which On Air is just doing as they please with my money again. I wrote here last month about this and they promised to contact me - which never happened, what they did was take my money again. I cannot keep losing money like this. I owe them nothing yet they keep taking my money...why?
Hi I have a problem with On Air taking money from my account while I have no account with them. They must pay back the money they deducted on the 14th day of February 2026 asap and stop this ****!
Good day...I have a complaint about the way Ford Credit is handling my account. I bought a car in June 2021 using their service. In 2023 due to trouble in my finances because of high interest rates at the time...it became hard for me to keep up with rising increase in repayments , therefore I asked for a decrease in repayments or a change to fixed rate which they refused. After that I sort for help in debt relief...a decision I regret to this day! My complaint now is that Ford Credit is still charging me interest as I have noticed that more than half of what I pay still goes towards interest...I have a problem with that because I feel that this is too much. Pls help me make them review my account. Thank u.
Pls help me get out of debtreview. Last year 2023, I was under a lot financial stress bcoz of the increasing interest rates and prices of things. I approached My Debthero for help after seeing an advert on facebook. At the time I was really struggling financially as my car repayments increased by over 1and half thousand rands thereby straining my budget too thin. Some agent explained to me that My Debthero is there to help ppl in situations like mine and I believed that...I was promised that I will get my repayments to decrease and I was pleased to have to save a little over 1thousand rands. What they failed to tell me was that the repayment period was going to be doubled. I learnt about that after I read and studied all their documents ...also found out that they charged me an amount of over 1thousand rands monthly for their services which shocked me! I contacted them via email and told them that I want out, they rep**** by telling me that I cannot get out...I want out asap. I want to manage my car repayment my own way and don't want them to charge me for that as I cannot afford them. Recently I was called by their attorney telling me to fill in some forms and affidavits binding me to a contract with them. I can't do that as I want nothing to do with them anymore. I thank them for relieving my stress at the beginning of our conversations while I was naive enough to think that I had found some relief. P.S. I noticed also that the balance in my car repayment statements is not decreasing at all. I am paying monthly but it seems like I am not paying at all.
I need this company investigated asap. Last month I received a call from an agent selling a decoder contract...she explained that the subscription is on a 24 month contract basis and that the decoder will start working immediately. She also said there will be numerous channels playing and also there will be Wifi and also a cellphone sim card containing airtime worth 50rands would be sent every month which would be free. Decoder arrived as promised...guess what? It's not playing and the simcard has 0 airtime and I can't get help from On Air. I decided to cancel the deal and am told that I cannot cancel because I had an agreement!!! I have a problem with that...how can I be forced to pay for services that I'm not getting? I want them to take back their decoder...pls help me do that. PS...they have not deducted any money yet and I don't want them to.
Please help me cancel cover and recover an amount of R895,59 which was wrongfully deducted from my bank account by this company. In the past week or two I tried cancelling the cover I have for my vehicle with Kingprice with no success at all. I emailed them notifying them of my need and reason for cancelling cover. I even called them and was told that the policy is still active and was promised a callback which did not happen. I no longer own the vehicle as I have given it up for trade-in on the 23 June 2021. They deducted the money for cover on the 2nd July 2021. I need help in resolving the matter plzzzz.
I paid this firm an amount of R7000 to transfer property that I was in the process of buying. That was in 2015,till now I have not received the transfer and am not receiving any feedback from them since 2018. My attempts at getting help from the Law Society have not been fruitful as well. The lawyer also instructed me then to deposit an amount of R34 000 into their bank account...that was the balance on the sale price of the property. Pls help me to get the transfer and/ or recover my money back.
Vodacom refuses to end cellphone contract I had with them which was supposed to end in January 2020 as per our agreement. They keep billing me even though I no longer use their service. My attempts at communicating to end it have failed. Pls help me.
