I have logged a comaint with Vox who is very helpful but Frogfoot takes their dam time. I told them I work from home and need the internet I'm going now for 5 days without wifi. I want to be credited for my inconvenience and money I have spent on phone calls.
You play on the casino it rejects your bets but does not credit your account back and then I used the chat service on the site and spoke to a consultant on 3 different occasions and they cannot give a turnaround time when the issue will be resolved.
I phoned them today to have my account prescribed I did not acknowledge any debt and this account is over 10 years or more. I ha e not paid it for more than 3 year. They said I do not qualify as I ack owledged debt, which I have not. The consultant then put the phone down.
My mom in law passed away in 2020 the lawyers have requested the balance in her account to be paid over to them. This was done in Nov or Dec of 2021 it still has not been paid over and the same excuse is they waiting for fica to be approved. I ordered a shower door on the 2nd November on the 10th November it was cancelled no email received and they didn't even refund me only until I phoned on the 16 November the expected delivery date. They only process the refund when I phoned and will still take 3 to 5 business days.
Bad customer service no feedback unless asked for . No communication unless asked for. Don't follow instruction by client do their own thing.
I bought 2 x 500ml coke and both were flat I reported this over 2 weeks ago and a representative was suppose to collect the evidence but never did so I sent a hello peter. The rep phoned to say he was on leave and would pick it up this Monday which just passed well guess what I'm still waiting.

They said someone would phone me but noone has to date. I phoned again to the customer care line and the lady said she would follow up. We'll guess what I'm still waiting.
