MassSolar.co.za is a **** Beware !!!!
masssolar.co.za Beware this is a **** they don't deliver any solar or generator. I have purchased 7KVA Generator for R18000.00 on the 14 April 2023 and on the 21 April 2023 recieved a message that my order was successfully delivered whilst I have not received my parcel. Whatsapp messages are not rep**** but double ticked and these parcels look like they are delivered somewhere in Eastern Cape area. Punch your tracking number here https://global.cainiao.com/ South African please DO NOT purchase anything from Mass Solar company is a **** !!! I have proof of purchase and reported the ***** to Police Station and my Bank.

I ordered a portable power station (518 Wh) from Mass Solar on the 3rd of April 2023. On 6 April 2023 there was a message in my inbox stating that my order has been cancelled and refunded. I have, however, not received any refund. I lost R4 899.99 to these people and I am very upset. Order No: MS811836FZ

I ordered and paid for a Gizzu portable power station on https://www.masssolar.co.za/ on 28 March 2023. A tracking number was provided. The tracking website indicated that the order was delivered by the airline on 2 April 2023. It is now 13 April 2023 and I have not yet received my order. The email address info@masssolar.co.za bounced an email I sent to follow up and the WhatsApp message I sent to the number provided (+27 64 785 1876) has not been read. Nor was the phone answered when I called. I think this is a **** website.
