Premium increases of between 20% and 30% every year. Have to phone every year to renegotiate. Have to talk to a bot and another person before getting to the right department.
I ordered and paid for a Gizzu portable power station on https://www.masssolar.co.za/ on 28 March 2023. A tracking number was provided. The tracking website indicated that the order was delivered by the airline on 2 April 2023. It is now 13 April 2023 and I have not yet received my order. The email address info@masssolar.co.za bounced an email I sent to follow up and the WhatsApp message I sent to the number provided (+27 64 785 1876) has not been read. Nor was the phone answered when I called. I think this is a **** website.
