Never picks up a phone. Never answers whatsapps or e-mails. We have an order from a client and we are left high and dry. So disappointed. :(
Absolutely horrible, They guys are ****mers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I lost R1850. All looks legit till you have to get your product. I will not rest till they are caught :)
This company took my money and ghosted me since. I have opened a ***** case against them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!
Complete wrong product given. Did not refund as requested, and missed the replacement deadline by almost a month. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED.

MTN called me saying I can upgrade, so I did. I took insurance with it. Problem 1: They shipped my order to a completely different address in another province. I then had to wait 2 weeks to actually get the phone. A month later the phone got water damage, I went to the MTN Repair Center to take the phone in Problem 2: They say they cant take the phone in. I have to fill in an insurance form and mail it, thereafter the phone will be collected, repaired and delivered. How long is that not gonna take? Problem 3: The email on the form is outdated and I had to google the correct one. Problem 4: MTN Insurance then replied saying that phone is not on the system. The old phone is listed. I then called hem trying to sort this out. Problem 5: They said I must call Customer Care to get proof that the contract was upgraded, because they don't get notified. So I must do YOUR JOB for you? Problem 6: I then called customer care, after some struggle they found that my phone was indeed upgraded, but WITH NO INSURANCE. So I cannot claim, even though I asked for insurance. Problem 7: I asked for them to pull the recordings of the conversation when I placed the order and upgraded. That is now going to take up to 72 hours. That means I am without a phone until then..... Lets ****** hope they can actually trace a recording!!!
I took my car in to be repaired on the 23rd of April 2019. They fixed the damage, but there was a new rattle in the door (Opposite to the side the collision was) I called them and I had to take in the car again for it to be fixed on 25 of May 2019. The guy (Johnny) said he actually did notice it. (But rather ignored the problem) Afterward, I noticed that they never repaired my mirror either and there was a piece of rubber on my windshield that keeps popping out. I called them and they made the excuse that they were still waiting for the part, which is not true since I should have been informed when I left with my car in the first place. They had to claim with the insurance again and they ordered the part. I then had to wait till 26 August 2019 to get the mirror repaired and for them to make a plan for my transport. I cannot claim a rental vehicle now since the claim has already been submitted. Further, the repair was not done neatly and my car still has parts that are bent inside the panel covering the wheel. Truly pathetic service.
