I have been waiting 2 1/2 weeks for Springbok merchandise having been informed delivery in 3-5 working days. Order paid for 01/12/2025. Each time I've requested feedback.....absolute silence only to receive an email (17/12/2025) telling me the items ordered are out of stock. My order has been cancelled, and a refund is on its way. Absolute shocking service and hardly befitting the brand served.

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I placed my order on 29 November, and I still haven’t received anything. They don't provided tracking details, so I’ve had zero visibility on where my order even is. What makes it even worse is that there’s no contact number, and every attempt to reach them via emails, Facebook messages it has been completely ignored. The total lack of communication and customer support is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone from ordering until they fix their customer service and actually communicate with their customers.

I have ordered 2 items from them on 28 November 2025. To date i havent received any correspondence from them I also cannot find a contact nr. This is absolutely unexpected. Been sending one after the other email without any response. Wondering if they are even legit

I ordered 3 shirts online from their black Friday special on the 28th of November 2025. Apart from the order confirmation email, to date I have not received any further communication nor any response to my follow up emails. From my side I tried to see if the website is legit and all signs pointed to that it was. Their customer service is utterly bad seeing that the only form of reaching them is via email, which they do not respond to.

I ordered a Springbok Jersey online from this company and was eventually directed to a Yoco payment gateway. I made the paymentR1199.99 which came off my credit card from a merchant called Waverly Fabric Preto. No order confirmation or delivery, in fact absolutely nothing since. ***** case opened with the Credit Card company. The website is taken down.

Online they had the kid for younger kids and i ordered a M for my son. When i got the package it was kit was for little kids. Firstly your description said younger kids not little kids online. Same day i arranged for it to be returned by courier the next day. They have received the parcel back on the 12th of August and confirmed that everything is fine with the kit and that i will get my refund back on the Friday 15th of August. After following up every time no the payment has failed and they will escalate the payment. I have even sent them proof of banking details and to date i have not received my payment back. I have emailed i have called numerous times with no answer. I have sent messages on whatsapp and i have still not received my refund. Please be very careful to buy online as they services are very bad and you wait very long to get your refund back. Rather go in store to buy then online trust me.
