I ordered 3 shirts online from their black Friday special on the 28th of November 2025. Apart from the order confirmation email, to date I have not received any further communication nor any response to my follow up emails. From my side I tried to see if the website is legit and all signs pointed to that it was. Their customer service is utterly bad seeing that the only form of reaching them is via email, which they do not respond to.
I am incredibly disappointed with the service I received from Internet Express in relation to a time sensitive delivery arranged by Leroy Merlin. After Leroy Merlin initially sent the incorrect item for delivery, the correct parcel was supposed to be delivered before a certain day to ensure it could be presented as a bridal shower gift. On the specific day, when no delivery had taken place yet, I contacted Internet Express directly to follow up. The first phone call resulted in the consultant either putting down the call in my ear or the call dropped for some inexplainable reason. With the second phone call I was shockingly informed that the parcel was not booked for delivery on their system, which could easily be fault on Leroy Merlin's part. The consultant assured me that they would contact the driver to confirm whether the parcel was with them and then call me back with an update. Not only did they NOT call me back, but the delivery never happened at all. This lack of basic communication and follow-through is unacceptable, especially when handling deliveries that are clearly urgent. Their failure to act promptly and keep me informed contributed directly to my inability to present the gift at the bridal shower, causing significant embarrassment and inconvenience. Internet Express showed no sense of urgency, accountability, or customer care in resolving the issue. A courier service should be reliable and responsive, and unfortunately, this experience has proven otherwise. I sincerely hope Internet Express improves their customer communication processes going forward. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their services.
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Leroy Merlin's online services. I placed an order well in advance for a bridal shower gift. Not only was the incorrect item delivered, but despite repeated follow-ups, the correct item was never delivered, even after I clearly communicated that it was needed before a certain day for the event. To make matters worse, I had to chase down the courier company, Internet Express, myself. They informed me that the parcel was not even out for delivery and promised to confirm with the driver and call me back, which never happened. Clearly a lack of competence and communication between Leroy Merlin and their chosen courier company. No proactive updates, no delivery, and no accountability. As a result, I was left emptyhanded and now have to make alternative arrangements afterwards, which is not only inconvenient but was embarrassing, considering the importance of the occasion and the purpose of the order. This experience reflects a complete failure in customer service, both from Leroy Merlin and their chosen courier. Mistakes happen, but the lack of urgency, communication, and follow through is simply unacceptable. I sincerely hope Leroy Merlin takes this feedback seriously and improves their service and support processes. Sadly, I cannot recommend them based on this experience.
