I have ordered 2 items from them on 28 November 2025. To date i havent received any correspondence from them I also cannot find a contact nr. This is absolutely unexpected. Been sending one after the other email without any response. Wondering if they are even legit

Carla best agent
I was send the wrong colour top 3 times and the agent namely Carla assisted me with the returns. She went out of het way and tried her utmost to get the right colour to me. Due to her efforts i will definitely order in future again from this company Thanks carla 10 stars for you

STERNS TYGERVALLEY
Been to sterns tygervalley today to purchase a watch for husband. I decided to by the G shock watch which was marked for R999-00. Whennit xome to pay the sales lady informed it the price on watch is wrong the price onsystem show it must be R2999-00. I told saleslady that is not my problem it clearly said on wat h R999- and that is what i going to pay The branch manager come and said that is not going ro happen price is R2999 pay or leave was her attitude
