This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I placed my order on 29 November, and I still haven’t received anything. They don't provided tracking details, so I’ve had zero visibility on where my order even is. What makes it even worse is that there’s no contact number, and every attempt to reach them via emails, Facebook messages it has been completely ignored. The total lack of communication and customer support is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone from ordering until they fix their customer service and actually communicate with their customers.
This Company doesn't even deserve one star, their service is first off ridiculous taking over a month to try sort out a cell phone claim, yes when i say try i mean not finalized as yet. If you do not contact them to follow up they will not contact you and keep you in the loop. To mention the least they treat you like a total criminal on your claim by appointing an assessor as if you are lying about your phone being lost/stolen. Really, an assessor for a cell phone claim? I get there are people out there that do take chances but honestly when your claim is 100% honest why should you be treated like this. Looking for any excuse not to pay out the claim. I have had insurance with other companies for many years and never once been treated in such a manner and settled all my claims and with in reasonable time. The only thing i can highly recommend with MiWay is run in the opposite direction, do not even look their way. Their premiums might be cheaper than other companies but in the end it is most definitely not worth it as in the end they won't pay out anyway. Very disappointed and disgusted. Should definitely think of rechanging their name from MiWay to NoWay !!
