This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I placed my order on 29 November, and I still haven’t received anything. They don't provided tracking details, so I’ve had zero visibility on where my order even is.
What makes it even worse is that there’s no contact number, and every attempt to reach them via emails, Facebook messages it has been completely ignored. The total lack of communication and customer support is unacceptable.
Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone from ordering until they fix their customer service and actually communicate with their customers.
