Settled my account with them via MBD in April after paying a settlement discount I was given. I even have a settlement letter from MBD. Now this account keeps circulating around as I'm being called by different companies. 1st it was VVM and now it is Shapiro Shaik Defries. And when I finally speak to someone from their offices they tell me MBD never send them the relevant documents to close the account even after sending them the paid up letter from MBD.
