They are quick to respond
They are quick to respond. I just send a call back and indeed they do call back. Never had an issue with them not calling me back. So far I'm very happy with their service

I would like to write a review about Cartrack Got a call from Thabang Moepi after she received an alert of my car. The respond was very fast and she was friendly, as all of her colleagues who I received calls from in the past. Would recommend Cartrack to everyone. For far so good with their service 👌🤞❤️

Poor Customer service
I ordered from them on the 3rd of December and my order came on the 27th of December. Before I could receive my order I struggled to get intouch to require about my order as I was not receiving any correspondence whatsoever. Before my order could arrive I receive a call from them telling me some items I ordered were out of stock and I requested a refund which amounted to R247.00. I have been going up and down to get my refund and every time I send an email I don't get a respond back. Today the 17th January I still haven't received by refund. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE BUYING FROM THESE COMPANY AT ALL. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS NONE WHATSOEVER 🤞😤

Account closed
Settled my account with them via MBD in April after paying a settlement discount I was given. I even have a settlement letter from MBD. Now this account keeps circulating around as I'm being called by different companies. 1st it was VVM and now it is Shapiro Shaik Defries. And when I finally speak to someone from their offices they tell me MBD never send them the relevant documents to close the account even after sending them the paid up letter from MBD.
