Fraudulent Judgement from Massbuild

I have a judgement on my name that was placed on my name. i receive smses every month saying that there is no payments due and also have never open this account. however when i contact them they do not have any record of this and are not willing to assist. the service i have received from massbuild not even being a client is more than enough to never open an account with them. they are also not willing to remove the judgement even though they state that i am on R0.00? this is just pathetic and restricts me now from getting any finance.
