Worst creditors ever

Worst creditors ever. I never missed payments. I pay my account monthly yet, they send messages requesting payments. If they cant acknowledge payments received, what does it mean???? Are they having a bad accounting system or???? It's embarrassing that we have such a big company yet, it fails to have proper systems to monitor payments received.
