Booked an appointment with Charne at Master brows a month and half prior to my appointment which was this morning..I asked to pay a 50% deposit when booking my appointment which I paid. I was not asked to send any photos of the current state of my brows and Charne never asked if I had any work whatsoever done to my brows previously…no terms and conditions was sent to me. Upon arriving to my appointment which I drove from Bedfordview to Parkmore sandton too, Charne told me she cannot help me with the treatment I had booked due to the fact that I had work done to my brows (6 years back) I was then told I had to be remove whatever microblading that was previously done only only then she can assist me. I mean really! All the time and effort of getting to my appointment this morning only to get such unprofessional service from Charne and only to be told she won’t be refunded back my deposit or even half of it……My word, talk about client service hey! Will never conduct business with master brows ever again. I am not a the****** for me understand the requirements for the nanoblading treatment I would have expected Charne to advise upfront before accept any payment..
