No one to assist with check-in at LAM counter every check in counter has someone to assist except LAM. Waiting in line with 2 kids so unprofessional!!! Pathetic
My parcel was delivered to the wrong address and received by someone else even though my address and contact details on the shipping address is correct. Don’t understand why the driver will not verify the details before delivering it to just anybody!! Or call me if he was lost… Rather unprofessional services really!!! Tracking number: GUE439427
Ordered an uber to take my child to aftercare, the lady (Victoria De Albuquerque) who accepted my trip hesitated to come collect me at my pick up spot (this was not the first time she’s done this) she insisted I walk to her about 1km away from my pick up location. After refusing to do I cancelled the trip and rebooked of which she accepted my trip again. On the second attempt she then came closer to where I was but I still had to walk a small distance to get to her. When I arrived in the car I greeted her and asked her “mam, can I ask you why you don’t like to collect your customers at their pick up location and insist on them walking to where you are which is more or less a kilometer away” she then started being rude with me and said things like I woke up from the wrong side of the bed and started raising her voice to me in front of my 2 year old who started to become scared and afraid. Victoria then stopped half way through our trip and asked me to get out the car and she would no longer be taking me to my drop off location and refunded to refund me. After a couple of minutes of being stopped along the road we left the car and had to walk back home. I was not refunded and the trip was scary for both my 2 year and myself. I never had a confrontation with any of the other uber drivers before and just to had every Uber driver besides Victoria gladly collects us from our pick up spot without any issues. Victoria must not work in an area if she wants her customers to walk to where she is parked
Monthly rental for the month of March was paid to the Wendcal properties account by mistake by the tenant instead of using my account details. We’ve been asking Calvin the owner of Wendcal to pay the rental into the correct account since the 1st but to date he has not paid, not taking our calls and not replying to our messages. Such unprofessional behaviour and service from Wendcal properties!!
Purchased goods online last week, got confirmation on SMS and email confirming my order was packed and ready to be collected by couriers which suppose to be delivered on Monday 02 December until now no delivery or communication on when I will get my order
Got to a Vodacom store at 11:10 this morning to get a Sim swap done, spent an hour trying to get it done with an agent due to technical issues on the system my sim swap was submitted multiple times. The agent nor, trade ID nor customer care can cancel the pending request resulting in no sim swap!! It’s now 3 hours and there’s no feedback on the call that was logged and I’m left without a SIM card. Absolutely frustrating and disappointed with Vodacom. Feel to cancel my contract due to poor service and troubleshooting
Booked an appointment with Charne at Master brows a month and half prior to my appointment which was this morning..I asked to pay a 50% deposit when booking my appointment which I paid. I was not asked to send any photos of the current state of my brows and Charne never asked if I had any work whatsoever done to my brows previously…no terms and conditions was sent to me. Upon arriving to my appointment which I drove from Bedfordview to Parkmore sandton too, Charne told me she cannot help me with the treatment I had booked due to the fact that I had work done to my brows (6 years back) I was then told I had to be remove whatever microblading that was previously done only only then she can assist me. I mean really! All the time and effort of getting to my appointment this morning only to get such unprofessional service from Charne and only to be told she won’t be refunded back my deposit or even half of it……My word, talk about client service hey! Will never conduct business with master brows ever again. I am not a the****** for me understand the requirements for the nanoblading treatment I would have expected Charne to advise upfront before accept any payment..
Terrible customer service without internet for 5 days now and received no communication with progress of the issue or maintenance if it was planned. Vumatel says Afrihost should info they customers but no communication received from either…
Network outages are being a common thing in bedfordview and poor resolution time. 24 hours without internet, last time there was an outage took 4/5 days to resolved. No communication to customers to notify the outage and no updates provided one literally to hang 10 and wait…….
Absolutely frustrated I placed an order on UberEats it wasn’t the first time I ordered. My address details were saved from my previous orders and as well I added a special delivery instructions for the driver to follow on how to get to me. The driver chatted to me on the app saying that he has arrived of which I responded too immediately saying that I cannot see you at my address again I text him instructions on how to get upstairs to my unit. I was charge for my order which I didn’t receive!!! The driver added a photo of the my food placed on the floor not sure where though cause I’ve been home waiting for my order but did not receive it. I tried calling him via the app but his phone went straight to voicemail. What a spam! Guess the driver stole my dinner and I’m left staving!!!!!! The app is so unhelpful there is no contact number to call for help tried searching the web as well but there are no contact details! What a spam really
