Think twice before you send your car in for repairs at Master Mac / Mac Master

After sending my car in for a full engine rebuild back in February 2019 and with a 12 month guarantee. My car had continuous oil loss , taking back to Master mac for the repair a few times during the guarantee and to then be told I needed a new Turbo. Which i then paid for in November and had it fitted, the oils loss was still their. On the 1 January 2020 the motor packed up again still under Guarantee. Took it back to Master Mac for repairs and was told I needed to redo the full engine again and I would need to replace the injectors at a Cost of R33000. I paid in full and was told the car would be ready on the 30th Of January 2020 Its now the 28th of May and my car is still at Master Mac and only now have they order the new Injectors From Nissan, but all along they had the new injectors\, I was told. They have blocked me off Face book and have change the mane to Mac Master. They can never carry out the commitment dates always an excuse why they could not deliver on time. I still do not have a commitment date as when I will actually ever get may car back. Its almost 6 months and a total spent of R150 000 + and I don't know if my car will ever work properly. If you ever take your car to them make sure they give you all the old parts back other wise you will never know if what you paid for is actually in your car. I would stay away from them if you can.
