Bad customer service

Greenstone branch, I was supposed to take my twins today for evaluation or whatever they call, as at first I enquirer at the Edenvale branch, the lady was very friendly after I dropped the call she sent me the confirmation on WhatsApp including the address, on the day of the appointment she sent me another message prior just to confirm, so she suggested greenstone cause I work in Longmeadow and is more convenient for me, I spoke to Thabo he said since it’s the weekend he will send me the details for us to meet today @ 15:30, since then there has been no communication even the address he promised to send I have not received it and I can’t just rock up there if the appointment was not confirmed. I think customers should come first as he kept emphasizing the fact that is a long weekend blah blah. So disappointed as i was looking forward to taking the kids so they can be assisted. Poor service, maybe I should stick to the other branch just for better service.
