All accounts are paid up and have been sendings settlements letters, have been confirmed that all paid up letters have been received, now I get an email that I must submit the paid up letters so all the letters I have been sending where do the go too. Such a lot of admin on my side meanwhile I have been paying
I just wanted to bring this to your attention about the lady her name is seweya, I don't want to lie she's the reason I'll go back to that place. Her service the way she smiles and even if I wanted I couldn't leave the place mad, I was happy. She's a gem they should keep her she's a great asset and knows how to work with people. This is in KFC Birchleigh North.
I filled up a form for a call back to request a call back, within few minutes I realized a call from one of the lady, I opt for the R99,99 package but they realized that I still have an account that go back as 2016, so they need to activate the account they will call me back again, I have not had a call back for feedback. Not sure if this is the best tracker company but I was promised they will call back, if you can’t assist why not say so. Does it take days to activate the account. The service already it’s not good.
My car has been in arrears for some time, so I decided to call as I have been paying extra towards my car, so I spoke this lady who advise the best way is to make payment arrangements bacause my account is accumulating interest every day, so I called to make arrangements, the lady was so rude, as I said I can make payment arrangements after the 25th she said she won’t be able to assist if the payment arrangements will be after the 25th I will have to call or they will call or keep sending me notifications. Mind you I have never received an email regarding the arrears amount, as she is about to hang up I said can I make the arrangements before the 25th, she said would you have money then, I’m the one who called and you have the audacity to ask such questions, cause she should be excited that finally someone called to make arrangements. I told her she was rude and she said since she is rude she will put me through to someone who is not rude. She hang up on me. Worst customer service. You don’t value your customers. How do you do that to a client. Compare to the lady I spoke to you would swear it’s a different bank, the level of services differ. You can’t have someone dealing with customer in that manner.
Last month I received an sms that they will debit on the 22/08/2025 I had to call and request them to changed to the initial debit order agreement to the 25/08/2025. The agreement that I signed it state debit order should go off on the 25th of every month, today I received an sms that they will debit on the 23 meanwhile I get paid on the 25th, now I have to waste my airtime calling them of which it’s on their system, why not still to the agreement and I have not received feedback of my two accounts that were outstanding and I sent proof of payment together with the settlement discount letters from my creditors. What the way forward as yesterday when I called in the morning the gentleman that I spoke to was a bit clueless. My concern now it’s the debit order date nad now that I paid up my accounts are you still going to debit the full amount or what?
I called earlier this month just to check my balance as at that time I did not get the statement and to check if they do offer a settlement discount since my account is under debt review, they said I do not qualify for a discount, so I ask if Debt Buster can request a settlement discount so they send through an email weeks ago there is no feedback to this date, but I got an sms that they offer 10% discount due by the 20/08/2025 but you failed to reply to email, so now I get an sms that I do not qualify for discount allowed, lack of communication and I really want to close the account but no communication and I alread Informed them to allocate the payment that I was paying to your account to another account but now they still waiting for feedback and I’m also waiting, it just looks like you don’t want us to finish paying cause why can’t you reply so we can take it from there. If you don’t offer just reply but more than two weeks with no feedback. Can you just reply to them so I can close this account
I settled my Mr Price earlier this year, now on my balance there is an over payment or amount sitting on credit, I have asked Debt Buster since I’m under debt review to ask the credit amount to be allocated to my Hi-Fi Corp account, it’s been over two months now since Debt Buster been sending e-mail to this date they have not received feedback or action the query, they can’t get hold of them on the phone. This is ridiculous two months of allocating payment.
Two months back I was offered a settlement discount on my House & home since they have been sending me statement even though it was handled with Consumer Friends, I paid House and Home and they send me a settlement letter, they say I’m still owing money this was two months ago and still the amount still reflect on the statement as outstanding. Please clear this matter should have been resolved and I’m about to finish paying off my account but with issues still pending it’s not helping. Cause even Debt Buster have been trying to get this matter resolved ever since I received feedback but no one is getting back to us or provide feedback. Cause it should be cleared by now. Worst customer service ever
On our way to Nelspruit we decided to buy breakfast, we bought five cuppuccino and they refused to give us sugar, they only gave us 6 sachets for the five, I asked why are if we can get more, the lady who was dispatching the food refused and left us there, so I decided to go ask for manager, they said the is no manager, so I can speak to this lady, so she agreed to add more sugar but you could tell she doesn’t want too, but I normally buy my cuppuccino, out of all the different places I bought I have never had any issues on the number of sachets I received and would request the amount of sugar I want not even a single day I would encounter a problem as I love my sugar, so the attitude, lack of customer service lead to this I now had to stop and the garage an buy sugar, meanwhile I did not get the food for free, I paid for it what also ****ed me off was there was no manager to resolved this, also our cuppuccino were extremely full, they started to spill inside the car burning us, we had to pull on the side of the road and clean up the mess. This happened in Highveld Mall drive
Took the kids (twins) there as it was their birthday and birthday wish so they can sing cause they saw videos on TikTok trending, as we were there for a gateway and the accommodations we booked was 5 minutes away, we took them there, as we walked in we saw the stuff singing for the other family so I have asked them if they can full fill my girls wish to sing for them, they agreed, so we sat order our food and ask the waiter to bring the food together with the drinks, he brought food we ate as we finish eating that’s when he brought the drinks, I asked why are drinks so late as we were now planning to leave cause we were tired and just wanted to leave he said he placed an order on time but there was a delay on getting the drinks on time. But overall your service is a bit slow cause we waited for quite sometime and was extremely disappointed as they did not full fill my request cause while I was asking them even one of the male waiter made a joke that how much are you going to pay if we sing, now I’m starting to wonder whether it was a joke or not, cause their promise was not fulfilled. That’s the worst service I ever encountered and the stuff are not friendly, they looked tired, but don’t understand why we getting such horrible service cause they are tired, that’s why they could not fulfill my request actually birthday wish as it comes once a year, everything on they list was ticked except the single part. This took place in Riverside Mall in Nelspruit
