Thought the tools were fantastic until I tried to claim on a broken ball driver. Been trying now for 3 months to get this sorted. Call center (SMOLLAN) just drops the calls. The consultants phone when you log the call and then never come back to you (Again SMOLLAN) - Actually - perhaps Mastercraft should look at who they have appointed as their service representative! Perhaps it is Smollan that is the issue here!
