BAD SERVICE

Waiting more than 9 months for a letter of executorship. when lawyers go to follow up they get told the letter is not ready yet, When one sends emails, they don't respond, when one calls, you can never get through. It's disgusting. The least they can do is respond. The process should take up to 6 weeks, How do they justify 9 months?
