BAD SERVICE
Waiting more than 9 months for a letter of executorship. when lawyers go to follow up they get told the letter is not ready yet, When one sends emails, they don't respond, when one calls, you can never get through. It's disgusting. The least they can do is respond. The process should take up to 6 weeks, How do they justify 9 months?

Pathetic service
Pathetic service. My mobile data has not been working since 7 this morning, it's now 14 hours later and they still cannot assist. When asking to speak to a supervisor, the call centre agents hang up. I have called 8 times and have been extremely patient. Their customer service is terrible!
