Matadoor salvage! BULLY OWNER AND TERRIBLE TO NO SERVICE

I have all whatsapp communication where the Owner Ray Naidoo swore, threatened and called us racist for requested a refund. He just informed us "lets put it to rest your not getting a refund"

We ordered a tail lamp for a vehicle, had to pay in full before he ordered it. Paid on 5 September 2022. He brought the tail lamp weeks after but it was broken. We requested a replacement or refund. After providing numerous opportunities to him to supply is with an alternative part he simply ignored. Then requested a refund again now we are blocked on whatsapp.

We have also been informed that Ray has done the same to numerous other clients, one post reflects on his facebook page as well.
