MATADOOR SALVAGE also known as AUTO SALVAGE & STORAGE in Muldersdrift! Do not ever buy parts from them!!! I have all whatsapp communication where the Owner Ray Naidoo swore, threatened and called us racist for requested a refund. He just informed us "lets put it to rest your not getting a refund" We ordered a tail lamp for a vehicle, had to pay in full before he ordered it. Paid on 5 September 2022. He brought the tail lamp weeks after but it was broken. We requested a replacement or refund. After providing numerous opportunities to him to supply is with an alternative part he simply ignored. Then requested a refund again now we are blocked on whatsapp. We have also been informed that Ray has done the same to numerous other clients, one post reflects on his facebook page as well.
It has been 4 Months since I put in a claim for a tablet screen. Since today no one has collected. A poor excuse that they cant find my address. But other courier companies deliver to my house daily. Its a normal house address. How the hell can Mtn partner with this company. I have 3 contracts with MtN and I will not be renewing them. Mtn is a big company that can surely ensure their "partners" take care of thei clients. I am fed up.
I have had the most terrible experience with Action Ford Krugersdorp – never in my life have I ever been so frustrated. I bought a pre owned 2015 Ford Kuga in April 2018, we noticed some hail damage and the paint on the rims started to peel off, I requested that this be fixed and they agreed. They took my Vehicle on 7 May 2018 – They took the vehicle to a NON Ford approved panel beater, I was quoted 7 working days and then the vehicle would be returned, 10 working days later I went to go have a look at the car and the workmanship was of the worst quality, the paint dripped into the gaps, the rubber on the sunroof was damaged, the domes on the sides had waves caused by poor application of the paint, overspray on every part of the vehicle. I refused to take the vehicle as it was in a worse condition then when I bought the vehicle. *Diamond cut rims, they wanted to have painted – after a rim specialist informed us and Action Ford that he will not fix the rims as it has been fixed numerous times already and they are dangerous to be driving with – keep in mind, Action Ford sold this vehicle to me as is. I had to phone in to find out what the progress on my vehicle is, not one person phoned me to inform me about any delays. Action ford and the ever so friendly Phillip then agreed to have my vehicle fixed through an actual Ford Approved panel beater. After I decided that I would be returning the vehicle that they have ruined. After another week passed they decided to send my vehicle to VDS autobody to have fixed. 16 Working days later, (No communication, I again rather phoned VDS myself to follow up on progress as no one from Action Ford would phone me) I went to collect my vehicle, and the work was great. I was so happy with the body work VDS had done on my vehicle. Phillip, which is the manager at Action Ford says to us as we are about to leave – I hope I am done with you now. I have never in my life heard that a company representative treats their clients like this. Due to all of this my vehicle was in and out of repairs for exactly two months (Keeping in Mind, I drove it for one month and then they took it to have “repaired”) After we took the vehicle from VDS we had noticed that the hood lining had been bent as well as the door rubbers on the inside have been stretched so badly that they no longer fit. (Caused by removing the rubbers and then putting them back) Off course Action Ford says they will not pay for these damages. After speaking to Piet at VDS, he said that he had mentioned the Hood lining to Phillip and Phillip said they should wait to see if we notice it. My vehicle was in for numerous repairs which would not have been necessary if Action FORD Krugersdorp actually sent their vehicles to a FORD approved panel beater for Minor repairs. I will strongly recommend that you do not purchase a vehicle from the branch, the client service is terrible, no after sales care at all. I now have to accept a vehicle that was damaged due to Action Ford Krugersdorp sending vehicles to back yard panel beaters and Phillip saying “lets wait and see if they notice it”
