I have emailed the customer service/contact email address as I keep getting 'pushed out\ I.e.the system does not recognise my password- yet I had not changed my password. When I try to reset my password-the system tells me that I cannot use that password as it has already been used or doesnt have the correct letters/numbers etc. So I try again -I then get a similar message but at the same time I receive an email to say that my details have been reset but when I try to log on I get the same message saying I cant etc. This has been going on over a few months -I am paying for a service that I cannot use at all. I receive messages from members on the site but I cannot access profiles or respond-so may have lost many opportunities over this time. When I write 2 the contact email and express my frustration-I do not even get a response! This service has cost me money
