Bad experience
Match is as slippery as an eel, I was paying for a quarterly subscription No emails warning of subscription renewals Try to cancel and the app doesn’t work, too many **** pr0files, had experience with ********s, lost $. Had t0 rep0rt t0 apexchargback f0r tracking and reclaiming ****** assets, with their help I got justice and what l I0st was rest0red. I stop using match to avoid another situation with false profiles, also The app and website are poorly designed and riddled with bugs. If you lost money to **** on match, go to apexchargeback for help

A daylight *******!
Easier to fly to the moon then to cancel! And trust me, you will want to cancel, since this site is an absolute waste of time with 90% of **** profiles, plus some bots are thrown in there for good measure. <b>J4Dates.com</b> provide a much higher quality service ( real and genuine women!) and they don't overcharge you (they make it simple: you pay as you go). Thanks to them, I spent New Year with a lovely woman. But I also had a surprise from Match.com on New Year's Eve. They charged me for the next year! Full year! Match is a daylight *******! I thought I had unsubscribed back in November lasy year. Anyway, don't go anywhere near this con site! Avoid at all costs!

Hard to match
Match are misleading their customers in thinking they are messaging an active subscriber when in actual fact the said person re me had been requested to not renew. They obstruct your ability to leave by making it impossible to find the way to cancel your subscription. It’s a virtual maze on their website and impossible to leave using the mobile App. A lot of profile are ****. They want you to help them get money back into the U.S. They want you to hold onto a valuable package for them. They need to pay to go on leave They can’t video chat for “security reasons”. i lost valuables t0 Sumone on Match. I had t0 lnvolve apexchargeback t0 tr@ck and r£cover my valuables from the ****. I get daily spam emails from Match, to which I never subscribed, claiming that various people are looking at a profile that doesn't exist.

I have emailed the customer service/contact email address as I keep getting 'pushed out\ I.e.the system does not recognise my password- yet I had not changed my password. When I try to reset my password-the system tells me that I cannot use that password as it has already been used or doesnt have the correct letters/numbers etc. So I try again -I then get a similar message but at the same time I receive an email to say that my details have been reset but when I try to log on I get the same message saying I cant etc. This has been going on over a few months -I am paying for a service that I cannot use at all. I receive messages from members on the site but I cannot access profiles or respond-so may have lost many opportunities over this time. When I write 2 the contact email and express my frustration-I do not even get a response! This service has cost me money

Automatic renewal without warning
I registered for a 6 month subscription, after the 6 months they deducted monies for a further 6 month subscription directly off my credit card without warning or notice. When I asked for a refund they said I was not eligible for a refund.
