<p>I am trying to amend a ticket for my son, which there is no option to do on their website. So I try calling, after 3 calls, of waiting approximately 10-20 minutes on each call, and having given up, looked for an alternative number, but no alternative so call back again...evantually I get through only to be told my son must call as he is over 18. He attempts to call and runs out of air time before they even answer.</p> <p>So again we attempt to call today, being a Sunday, and thinking maybe it will be better than during the week. We have been holding on for approx 30 minutes now with no answer.</p> <p>This is unacceptable! I will never ever again purchase a Virgin Atlantic ticket! SAA or Emirates all the way!</p>
<p>I canceled a booking for the above accomodation with Booking.com who advised me that there is a cancelation fee which I could discuss with the owners of the accomodation.</p> <p>I contacted them and after several mails (in which they attempted to claim that Booking.com charges the cancelation fee, which booking.com denied) they agreed not to charge the cancelation fee and confirmed that they had instructed Booking.com to pay me back.</p> <p>Several weeks later after not having received any refund, I contacted Booking.com who advised me that they do not pay the refund and that I must get it directly from Villa Hout Bay.</p> <p>Once again I contacted them, during the conversation one of their staff confirmed that they had already got someone else for the booking. To which I was very happy as it meant they would not be losing out anything due to my cancelation.</p> <p>It took another few weeks to actually get my refund, and they still deducted the cancelation fee. Since then I have tried to query it with them but they just ignore my e-mails.</p>
<p>I have called Multichoice several times asking about the Mweb/Explorer package. I have sent numerous smses for "lock in" and each time I speak to someone they inform they don't deal with that but they will get someone to call me. Eventually after 3 weeks of desperately trying to get someone I get a call! Yay! So we go through all the terms, etc, then they ask me for my landline number. I say I don't know it but I can get it if they can please call me back in 2 hours. I beg the lady to please not forget to call me. That was 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting.</p> <p>All I want is for someone to contact me please!</p>
Over the years I have bought many items of jewelry from Swarovski. I find that the metal plating comes off very quickly, and when I complained I was told that I have not been looking after it. Nevertheless, I still continued buying their jewelry and taking better care of it, but my last ring that I tried to take care of, the stones started falling out. I went to the store where I bought it and showed them, they said I must go look for my warranty. I went home and found it and went back, they took a picture of the ring & warranty and said they would call me. Two days later they called me to tell me that they can't help me cause I waited too long to come to them & too many stones have fallen out by now. The warranty is suppose to be for 2 years, I bought the ring last year June.
I registered for a 6 month subscription, after the 6 months they deducted monies for a further 6 month subscription directly off my credit card without warning or notice. When I asked for a refund they said I was not eligible for a refund.
