I have emailed the customer service/contact email address as I keep getting 'pushed out\ I.e.the system does not recognise my password- yet I had not changed my password. When I try to reset my password-the system tells me that I cannot use that password as it has already been used or doesnt have the correct letters/numbers etc. So I try again -I then get a similar message but at the same time I receive an email to say that my details have been reset but when I try to log on I get the same message saying I cant etc. This has been going on over a few months -I am paying for a service that I cannot use at all. I receive messages from members on the site but I cannot access profiles or respond-so may have lost many opportunities over this time. When I write 2 the contact email and express my frustration-I do not even get a response! This service has cost me money
I have a blackberry 9720 which keeps playing up. I have returned it 3 times now . The 2nd time i was given a reconditioned phone which I was unhappy about but had no choice.the the final time the technical department could find no fault and sent it back. It has gone to escalations who promised to call me on 2 occasions but never kept there word. Staff just kept repeating the same response that there was no fault. It is an inconsistant fault which means it can work fine for days and the it turns offby itself. This has been going on for a few weeks now. I finally collected the phone after getting nowhere with Vodacom staff. The phone worked for less than 1day and the same fault is still happening (of course, as it was not fixed or replaced) i asked at vodaworld 4 the phone to be changed to a diffefent make as this phone has caused ongoing problems. I cannot keep taking half a day off work to sit in a queue to keep getting the same make of phone back with little or no progress in fault finding.i have been a loyal customer for many years now, where is the loyalty of vodacom to its customers? We have choices.... what will you do to keep me as your customer. I need positive action.aviva
I have raised this 4 over 1 year now- no result. Club V has little 4 kids to do, especially for an active 5 year old boy. the promise for years has been to extend the club to use the empty shop-NO RESULT-When it comes to the school holidays I want my son to be able to use the club-However the club uses public school holiday timetables even though most of the customers in this area use private schools. At easter my son could not use the club as there was not 1 day that the club holiday camp was open 4 private kids. I went to the manager, even gave her the school timetable, which she said she would utilise. For the impending August school holiday club, once again the public school calendar is being used & for one whole month there is not one activity day for my son to access.<br> The club takes your money every month and offers minimal service to our kids. 4 my son to sit there in front of a TV or a WI game does not promote a fitness culture-it promotes a 'couch potato' one-This is nonsense. If nothing happens 4 the August holiday, I will leave 4 Planet Fitness up the road at The Wanderers as there this is a large space, with bikes & an outdoor space with a jungle gym-NO PAYMENT HERE
