MatheMagics say we owe money after 3years of contract cancellation in 2021.

We received the below message from MatheMagics stating that we owe them money. The contract was cancelled in 2021 and they confirmed that they received the cancellation letter/email. After 3 years now they want to say we owe them money although after 2021 no monies was deducted or requested from us.
