I have noticed on Facebook the reviews say order paid however not received after almost a month. I see shipping says 1-3 days on the website. I have placed my order(1733) 18.03.2026 and would like to know if I am still getting a tracking number as I have chatted to online however no feedback

On 20 January I requested a quote for a Fender. Funeka responded via email that I should place an order online as they dont have parts in Cape Town and only in Springs. I placed the order 116420 and had to pay R550 courier fee. Today when I called online to query on the part delivery I was informed that the Cape Town warehouse did have stock and is out for delivery with the driver. The issue that I have with this is I am from Paarl and could have collected the part from the Cape Town branch if I was informed correctly instead of having to pay the R550 courier fee.

I order 3 x Castle Lite Premium Lager Beer 24 x 330ml online on order: 5002075019 via online today. First the order showed delivered and I had to query this as it was not delivered. Just to find out afterwards it was delivered to the neighbor's son who is a minor. As per the website an ID should be produced to check if the items are delivered to an adult. However, this procedure was also not followed by the driver. After we got the items one of the 6 packs is broken/leaking.
Cartrack saying I owe them money after I cancelled the policy with them almost 6 years ago. I received the below sms stating I am being handed over and listed on ITC for non-payment. I informed cartrack when I sold my car and completed the transfer of ownership form to the new owner and cartrack confirmed they have the form I completed. How after almost 6 years can I owe money when the policy has been cancelled/transferred to the new owner? Can you please advise if the upgrade on quote quote 5-36158580898719 has been cancelled. I emailed upgrades@vodacom.co.za as well as called 0821945 to request cancelation. I need confirmation if it was done. Please note I will not take delivery of this as it needs to be cancelled. I called a few minutes after the upgrade to get it cancalled.
