Really good supplier. They did what they said and more.
Products work great. Side-by-side with my old curtains the blackout curtains are so much more effective. Loving them. The robe is insanely soft, loving it. I also needed a change and their team sorted it out in a business day, it seems. Was very fast. Big thanks.

Amazing customer service
I was shopping online at https://matoc.co.za/ and placed a few items in my cart. The next day, when I went to complete the purchase, the order would not go through because the price increased. I sent an email to the contact given on the website. I received a reply within a few hours and I was given a contact phone number. When I made contact with Yunus, he immediately informed me that he was aware of the issue and would sort it out. WIthin minutes, he sent photos of the items I wanted, boxed them up,, and provided an invoice at the original price. Two days later, received the package.
