Needed a replacement laptop battery. Was required to pay upfront. Two days later went in for fitment. Battery didn't work. Was told it would be exchanged however was then asked to come in the following day as the "head" technician would sort it out. Drove back and he couldn't sort out. Asked me to leave it till next day. Still couldn't fix. Then I am told that I have to wait for the supplier to credit Matrix before I can get a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. The consumer has to wait for the supplier to refund the store and to make matters worse there is no longer a Head Office to escalate to. Seems like a shady operation.
