Cloud Nine Matress Service

I bought a mattress on the 12 October 2025 for the value of R11 398 00 at Randfontein "The Matress Company" it is the 11 November 2025 and still no Matress!

They did say there is one Cloud Nine mattress at the we're house, we will have it by 16 October 2025??? So we have phoned time and time again and have been promised weekly it will be delivered but still nothing! Cannot believe that a company gives such pure service selling a good mattress like cloud nine I demand that this will be sorted out ASAP
