Cloud Nine Matress Service
I bought a mattress on the 12 October 2025 for the value of R11 398 00 at Randfontein "The Matress Company" it is the 11 November 2025 and still no Matress! They did say there is one Cloud Nine mattress at the we're house, we will have it by 16 October 2025??? So we have phoned time and time again and have been promised weekly it will be delivered but still nothing! Cannot believe that a company gives such pure service selling a good mattress like cloud nine I demand that this will be sorted out ASAP

We ordered it as 10inch hoaverboards R2,250.00 and not R 5,135.00 58% off and it were supp**** as 6. 5inch the reason we bought the 10inch is because the 6.5inch does not ride smooth on the paving. We ordered and paid for 10inch as it were promised as present. Can this please be resolved ASAP!

If I could I would of gave them a rating of 0!!!!! I have literally struggled with Vox Telekom's fiber internet for more then 6 months. I have literally been phoning them 1 to 3 times a week, to check my line and it always seems to buffer. I phoned yesterday again this morning and I am about to phone again. Makes me sick!
