This is by far the greatest regret of my life having to do business with them I took out a contract phone with an MTN in Cape Gate which belongs to Mavericks Tele Communications.
They did not have a live unit of the phone but nevertheless, I took out the contract. Upon setting up the phone, I realized the phone was too small and took it back the following day for the S23 which I was willing to pay more for.
The first problem was their communication. From Sales Consultant, Store Manager, Regional Manager and Operations Manager - though they working for a telecommunications company, they are not good in communicating and giving feedback. I had to follow up every time I needed feedback. They show no empathy - but are very happy to make a sale and benefit from the customer's money every month.
Their resolution to the matter was that they cannot take the phone which I never used (only activated). The sales consultant even suggested that I should not pay and get blacklisted instead, but keep the phone. In my opinion, I fail to understand that a matter like this cannot be resolved as it is of material nature.
