Cosmetology failed to deliver on the Priority Shipping I paid for, with the order arriving even later than standard delivery. The experience was made worse by a total lack of communication regarding the delay and a customer service team that showed zero urgency or accountability. Their dismissive, automated responses and refusal to refund the shipping premium show they don't value their customers' time or trust.
This is by far the most impersonal company I've ever done business with. The only person I ever spoke to was the receptionist, attempting to get someone to assist me. As for the rest of the staff, they're always unavailable and NEVER return calls, despite me leaving my contact details. This creates so much mistrust and skepticism about whether I should continue with my application.
I'm deeply disappointed that Vidacom is unable to process an eSIM due to whatever technical reasons they're experiencing.. Its bees 5 days since I processed it on the VodaPay app, and still haven't received my QR code to activate the eDIM. I have been sent from post to pillar and have exhausted all options. This after numerous store visits and call to Customer Care. This service is unacceptable as nobody is able to resolve my query
I couldn't wait to get home to write this review. Salon Jean Paul Cape Gate gave my son the worst haircut ever for the 2nd time. The first time was bad, and I thought I'd try a different barber today. This time around, it was even worse. The result was that of an amateur barber, despite having given clear instructions and a picture to support what I want the haircut to be like. Even the trimming was bad. Sadly I have to wait till my son's hair has grown as it could not even be rectified. And suddenly I understood why customers choose the competitor barbers in the area. Never will I set foot there again.
Standard Bank Cellphone Application does not have the functionality to view your history of lotto numbers played. This was determined following an email of complaint I sent. The response from their Complaints Resolution was that it is unfortunately how the system was designed. This in my view displays disregard in Standard Banks continuous innovation in meeting customer need, as this is a simple function that all other banking apps can perform
So I ordered a cup of coffee, and it was the worst tasting and weak coffee ever. Asked the flight attend for another sachet of coffee which I also had to pay for to improve the taste of the coffee the airline provides. In terms of service, I'd rate it a 1, as I feel they could have just provided the extra sachet

All I'm going to advise anyone is to STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AND THEIR ********* BEHAVIOUR . You wont get any service and you'll loose your money
ADT is the worst security company ever. Its been months of experiencing technical issues and they can't seem to resolve it. They installed me a battery pack I didn't ask for at for R1690 as a solution yet I'm still experiencing technical issues while having to pay for something I didn't authorize. In order for their technicians to come out since im only home after 6pm, they wanna bill me for that too as though their equipment and lack of innovation is my problem. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON ADT. They're definitely not the solution to your security needs
I wish to complement Protea Hotel for excellent service. Friendly staff from cleaner to managers and in particular the restaurant and front desk staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely come back for their 5 star services
