Terrible terrible company and customer support!
All these reviews are accurate. This is not disgruntled customers, these are legit reviews. My experience has been probably the worst online experience of my life. This is a Temu/Shein type company fronting as a local business. When the order goes wrong - and it will go wrong - then you end up dealing with a company called Auro MilanO https://aura-milano.it/ and they that's where the experience gets even worse. Issues I had, they shipped a product too large. I tried to return, and they said no rather let them ship a second product and just chip in EUR9, and then that product was wrong again... and now I'm stuck tryng to speak to their customer support to sort it out, and every email from them feels like you starting the conversation again from scratch! There is no continuity in the conversation and feels like each time it's a different person, with no context! TERRIBLE.

What a mess Mavi Cape Town
Stay as far away from them as you can, I just received a very poorly crafted garment which sags so badly and the stitching is poor. They now want to charge me to return it back to them, it is a nightmare, this is a Chinese set up and their advertising that they are in Cape Town is false

So this company is a **** and a complete joke. Firstly they are a Chinese based company. Have nothing todo with South Africa So where to start the quality of there good is below SHEIN. Now the real issue they mixed up someone else’s address and we also received there order. The delivery team had some other poor souls number on it. I contacted them and their number was used on hundreds of orders. They were receiving messages for all of the orders. Do not buy from them

Chinese business masquerading as local business
This company cleverly masquerades as a local business but is in actual fact a Chinese business drop-shipping to South Africa. I found the exact same products on Aliexpress at 25% of the cost that they are selling on the .co.za site. In order to redeem the money back guarantee you need to ship the products all the way back to Asia. I will not be using them again.

Mavi-Capetown is advertising as been a local Cape town store,they are in fact based in Asia. If you buy something and don't like it or it is not what you ordered you will need to pay for shipping costs back to Asia and may still never see the return of your money. They are operating like Smith Capetown. Charging a fortune for terrible low cost products that are badly made of poor quality fabrics. Do not buy from them.
