Maxbox Protea Glen mall staff needs retraining. 0 customer service. With doors open a gentleman told me they open at 10am. I came back, a lady shouted they open at 11am then carried on sitting & being busy with phones. I did not even put in a word. I quickly went to PnP to buy bread, to my surprise I found 3 customers (10:17)nside. I am no longer interested in visiting this place. Shift 26/12/24. Maybe they serve on appearance
