Fish n chips maxbox festival mall

I had a bad experience today at maxbox fish n chops at Festival mall, I placed an order n they gave me a wrong order I took it back, the lady on the till apologized but I was not happy about the bad attitude was given by the lady who is responsible for the order by the name of Nya she ddnt apologies she gave me attitude as if I'm the one who's on fault, she after going back n do the right order she came back n put it on the counter n turned her back with a serious face, I'm very unhappy about the attitude I got from her
