Maxidor Cape Town - BAD - Service - Think Twice

Emailed them on the 30 August 2023 and emailed them again 9 days later and to date there has been no feedback regarding a Maxidor they installed which opens difficult. I called their office 010 443 6060 and to date I have not heard from them. As for customer service Maxidor is not recommended! Think twice I am also now in doudt regaring their products! Their biggest compeditor installed louveres through out my previous house and they responded within hours with problems we had.
