No patient confidentiality
Don't Go to Dr Vorster that is practicing at c/o Ontdekkers and Christiaan de wet road in Roodepoort, and uses Constantia day clinic for his procedures. His admin ladies cant keep patients info confidential and private. The rooms have no compassion for a patients needs

Dissapointing outcome from Professional Surgoen
This is more of an oral surgeon that is concerned more about target market & making money more than anything. I went to them and when they asked for medical authorization and medical aid rejected; they could not be bothered to motivate because it’s not how their “processes “work. Yet I go to another oral surgeon and they can motivate with my medical aid for my wellbeing. And my authorization was accepted. Absolutely disappointing experience. I guess their “processes” don’t concentrate on the patience wellbeing first. But I have learnt my lesson on choosing the right doctor.
