What a mission to get here... no signs... drove an hour and a half in circles on a *** road.... what a joke... no private garden... no place for privacy.... cable TV.... lol...open view.. PEP decoder.... contacted them over 42 times... nr on the site is not their nr... nr on the site shows 011 718 6501..... not the correct nr..... deluxe room... really guys... don't want to see the rooms below deluxe... what are one paying for ??
Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic. NO ONE GIVES A SH@T.......... FYI after having to phone you guys numerious times because you are important and im just the one paying for a medica aid (because i need you) and being kept in the dark with incorrect feedback for over a month, im the one sitting with the problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Being informed that i have a sh@t plan which FYI im paying R9059 a month (small money) and being turned down numrious times because im an adult and can handle the pain and discomfort of going to sit in the dentist chair to remove 2 teeth ( 1x tooth Nr 14 which broke of so deep and has a apicle abcess, 1x tooth nr 36 having an abcess on the distal root and therefore needs to be surgical remove, due to local anaesthetic will be a problem) and then they need to remove a painfull taurus mandibularis ( a bone growth on my inner lower gums - that needs to be opened up and cut off the bone) . I went to see specialist as this is a very complicated removal, he proviced 2 motivational letter stating why it needs to be removed surgally - but because im an adult Discovery states i can take the pain and sit in the chair. Come on guys its not like i have a PEP medical aid. Dont you guys give a sh@t about your members needing to endure the pain and stress of having to do the procedure in the chair............ O yes Daleen from the call centre sugguested i pay cash for the hospital and anesthesiologists doctor, lol sure i have small change lying around to pay for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Or get local annestetic in the dentist chair ( are you going to give auth for this) Got a call from Minette ( who i thought was a manager) stating i dont have a good plan and it is not covered. Then receiving another call from a lady higher than Minette which was not helpfull at all. Last night tooth nr 36 cracked and broke off on the top but is still stuck to my gums and half stuck to the root, not sleeping at all due to the tooth having an abcess on the root and being in pain ( which i already went on a cource of antibiotics). How many more motivation letter needs to be sent. Surey the dental review panel knows how painfull the 3x procedures is going to be. I do not Pay R9059.00 for love an charity (or do i pay for other people to go for procedures) and when i need it i get sent from Pillar to post. I need to remove two teeth, 1 that broke of so deep one cant even see it. I was advised that this removal can be done in theatre cause its too close to my sinus. and then on my visit to the specialist they need to remove a pain full taurus mandibularis (a bone growing in my mouth) After approaching 2 drs who both sent through their motivation as to why it needs to be removed with surgery both times Malcor came back with a decline outcome. Where is the compassion for their patients. I pay almost R9000 a month for medical aid. To remove the 2 teeth is R8352.00, but clearly too expensive and Malcor cant afford it. their reply: Based on the information provided, we regret to inform you that we have declined funding for in-hospital dental treatment because the benefit entry criteria for funding have not been met. Please allow us to clarify that decisions like these are made with careful consideration to ensure the well-being and support of everyone involved. By concentrating on these specific conditions, the Scheme aims to streamline the process and provide the best possible assistance to those who need it most. Myself being the patient feels discussed about Malcors outcome. Clearly the one that gave the outcome does not know how deep this piece off tooth is, So what happens if they try and remove the Tooth by cutting open my gums and cant get it out ( o yes i need to pay R6000.00 out of my own pocket as a single mother as the doctor does not work with Medical aids) what then????????????? what happened to make a patience not to stress about this??? i pay for medical aid so that i can go and see drs and go to hospital when / if needed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! where is there statement of " well-being and support " **********20. can someone please come back to me. Don't Go to Dr Vorster that is practicing at c/o Ontdekkers and Christiaan de wet road in Roodepoort, and uses Constantia day clinic for his procedures. His admin ladies cant keep patients info confidential and private. The rooms have no compassion for a patients needs
Before purchasing an inverter from geewiz upon word of mouth (wish i never listened to my source) i enquired with the company first what the lead time is. I was advised and assured by Pinni that works for the company via email on the 13th January they are expecting stock mid February 2023. I did see the 10 to 12 weeks back order block but felt assured by Pinnis reply that i will receive my R10595.00 inverter. Calls never get answered. Emails takes days to receive a reply. If you are lucky enough to receive a reply its always the same reply. Expect your inverter in 10 to 12 weeks. I have a son that is a diabetic and dependent on insulin. This load shedding is not healthy for the R3500 a months worth that i pay for insulin that is why i opted for an inverter that cost one an arm and a leg. How do we as clients even know this company is legit and not just a fly by night business that wants to steal peoples money and no one ever receive your inverter

How is is possible you send out specials via email and advertise on google. And once a person adds the item to the chart you automatically delete the item. And when you go onto the same item link it states the item you are looking for cant be found, You had a 55inch Sansui Tv for R2999 on you email you sent to clients and on the internet. You give false adverti*****t. You reload the same tv by just changing the Tv picture and changing the price and think no one will notice, That's unprofessional and unfair
I have been with MTN for over 20 years. Was very happy till now. What is going on with MTN???? My account has been migrated, without my knowledge, meaning my account debit order is more with about R300.00. And my whole package changed. Upon me enquiring, I get told it was migrated in July without my knowledge and I was provided with a reference number. The retentions department will give feedback within 3-5 working days. I emailed the retentions department on the 22nd September regarding another enquiry and received a reference number 5356221 via email........ still no reply . I emailed them after I waited more than 20 min on the phone for someone to answer just to get disconnected. What's going on ???
Never in my life have I seen such BAD QUALITY of items. The items you buy does not look like the items you receive. I have yet ordered another item to give Zando another chance, yet again it does not look like the item I have bought. I have been waiting almost 2 months for a manager to phone me as promised by the support team!!!!!!!!! Please guys don't waist your hard earned money on Zando... you will be disappointed. Looks like they copying other brands and making their items them self...it is a cheap knock off
