I am disappointed to say the least. There's a doctors claim of R1800 which Malcor has not paid. How can i pay an amount like this when I'm on plan B? You people have been telling me that you investigating, the agents has not called me back like they said they would. I have followed up yesterday on a claim that was made in February. Why should i pay for medical aid? Your service is ****.

It is impossible to get hold of ANYONE at Malcor Medical Aid, I have changed jobs and want to transfer my medical aid from the old company to the new, but I want to know how much I pay for each dependent, and if we are still covered this month because all of a sudden everyone is becoming sick, I tried calling the numbers on the internet and they all say the number you have dialed does not exist, have i been paying almost 10k a month for someone who doesn't exist?? i have sent emails to both email addresses I found and yet no reply at all!!! this is pathetic honestly

It is impossible to get hold of ANYONE at Malcor Medical Aid, I have changed jobs and want to transfer my medical aid from the old company to the new, but I want to know how much I pay for each dependent, and if we are still covered this month because all of a sudden everyone is becoming sick, I tried calling the numbers on the internet and they all say the number you have dialed does not exist, have i been paying almost 10k a month for someone who doesn't exist?? i have sent emails to both email addresses I found and yet no reply at all!!! this is pathetic honestly

I need to remove two teeth, 1 that broke of so deep one cant even see it. I was advised that this removal can be done in theatre cause its too close to my sinus. After approaching 2 drs who both sent through their motivation as to why it needs to be removed with surgery both times Malcor came back with a decline outcome. Where is the compassion for their patients. I pay almost R9000 a month for medical aid. To remove the 2 teeth is R4752.14 but clearly too expensive and Malcor cant afford it. their reply: Based on the information provided, we regret to inform you that we have declined funding for in-hospital dental treatment because the benefit entry criteria for funding have not been met. Please allow us to clarify that decisions like these are made with careful consideration to ensure the well-being and support of everyone involved. By concentrating on these specific conditions, the Scheme aims to streamline the process and provide the best possible assistance to those who need it most. Myself being the patient feels discussed about Malcors outcome. Clearly the one that gave the outcome does not know how deep this piece off tooth is, So what happens if they try and remove the Tooth by cutting open my gums and cant get it out ( o yes i need to pay R6000.00 out of my own pocket as a single mother as the doctor does not work with Medical aids) what then????????????? what happened to make a patience not to stress about this??? i pay for medical aid so that i can go and see drs and go to hospital when / if needed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! where is there statement of " well-being and support " 709705120. can someone please come back to me

Makcor is refused to pay for my rehabilitation after a major knee op when I requested additional cover for the physiothe****** and biokineticist. My al**** health professionals benefit is depleted as I had an ongoing injury that required constant rehabilitation in order for me to have some kind of normal life. Because the injury affected my life so much I had to have surgery. I feel this medical aid is just really inconsiderate and greedy because they are refusing to help me. My medical bills are piling up because of this. Malcor advertises themselves as this medical dedicated to helping patients but they actually just don't care at all. It's disgusting. If I wasn't forced by my employer to take this medical aid, I wouldn't have picked them and I will never recommend them. I am sure they won't even reply to this review seeing as they did not reply to my last one.

I am super happy with your service. Wow! ya'll even gave me a courtesy call which I did not expect. The paramedics told me that I can't go to Netcare Krugersdorp because of my plan only to find out my plan is not limited and I don't have any network hospitals I can go to any private hospital.

I am extremely displeased with the level of attention my claim has received since I submitted. The level of attention is in fact zero and I have submitted this claim on the 19th of July. I have tried 4 more times to submit this claim via the app and the claims email address and still I receive no response from a service provider that claims to be of the highest quality service. This is truly appalling. I paid for a specialist consultation visit from my own pocket expecting that malcor would be efficient in returning my funds. Disgusting service and to make it worse, I have read the below reviews and seen Malcor has done this before and not even responded to members with the same issue. What reassurance do I have that this "prestigious" medical aid is ever going to get back to me. If Malcor ever does decide to respond. The call reference number is 9729252693.

Membership Number - 477792440 Practice Number - 0656585 Service dates - 08/03/2022 - 09/03/2022 Contact Number - 067 0030857 / email info@silverd.co.za Account was submitted the first time. Account got paid at scheme rates. No codes got rejected all codes got paid up to the maximum scheme rate. Please take note NO CODES was rejected or is stating that it get paid out of the MSA. We refer the account back for PMB now all of the sudden the scheme turn around and stating that code 1639 was never approved on the auth. Please take note that the scheme accepted and paid at PMB rates but only skipped service date 08/03/2022 & 09/03/2022. Please take note how did the scheme first paid for code 1639 and now all of the sudden keep on saying that it is not on the authorization ? Please process this account ASAP at PMB rates as well as code 1639 as you have paid it originally and never ever reversed the payment on code 1639.
